Methodology

This study involved 30 respondents from PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, Medan Head Office, and used linear regression analysis to test hypotheses. The data obtained was then processed using EViews software to estimate the regression model. The Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method was employed to analyze the relationship between work experience, education level, and employee income.
