On the other hand, technical competency variables (p = 0.316), behavioral competencies (p = 0.108), and cohesiveness (p = 0.875) did not show a significant effect on nurse performance.

When nurses work together as a team, they are able to provide better care to patients, which leads to increased patient satisfaction.
