Data analysis is carried out with a qualitative approach.

This research not only examines the aspects of the legality of zakat management in the Amil Zakat Al Hijrah North Sumatra, but also examines the practice of zakat management in the field. Normative juridical analysis of Law Number 38 of 1999 is the basis for assessing the suitability of zakat management carried out.

Methodology

This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze the data collected from the Amil Zakat Al Hijrah North Sumatra Institution. The data collection methods used in this study include:
