The results showed that the administration of HMSCS doses of 400 μl significantly increases the expression of the TSP-4 gene, but has no significant effect on the expression of VEGF and PDGF genes. HMSCS dose of 400 μl also significantly increases CD31 expression, which indicates an increase in angiogenesis. The expression of α-SMA and collagen in the HMSCS group is lower than the control group.
