Large companies tend to have easier access to funding sources, both from banks and capital markets. This is because large companies have a higher credit rating and are considered less risky by lenders. As a result, large companies can borrow money at a lower interest rate and have more flexibility in their capital structure decisions.

Although managerial ownership in this study has no significant influence, this does not mean that managerial ownership is not important. Increasing transparency and corporate governance through corporate governance mechanisms can help increase investor confidence and company access to funding sources.
