The PCOA (Principal Coordinates Analysis) was used to analyze the genetic similarity between the mutant lines. The results of the analysis showed that there are three mutant lines that have different genetic profiles, namely M100-25-5-3, M100-25-3-7, and M200-11-32-3 .
