This research aims to explore how brand image, brand trust, and brand value affect the loyalty brand among netizens aged 18-34 years in the city of Medan. Through a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression techniques, this study displays significant results in the relationship between these variables.

Brand image is a picture or perception that consumers have towards a brand.
