This study was conducted by involving all employees of PT. Sinar Multi Medan as a population, and 60 samples were taken through saturated sampling techniques. The data used consists of primary and secondary data obtained through documentation studies and questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. In conducting analysis, several stages of testing were applied, including validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS software.
