The results of the study revealed that the variable of user involvement and personal technical capabilities did not show a significant effect on the user performance of accounting information systems. Conversely, the variable support of top management and education programs and training was proven to have a significant influence on user performance. This finding suggests that despite the involvement of individuals in the use of systems and the ability of important personal techniques, strong support from management and the existence of adequate training programs play a crucial role in improving performance.
