The study used an associative quantitative approach, collecting data from 259 respondents and analyzing the sample of 72 respondents. The results showed that Word of Mouth communication has a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions to use the services of an English course institution.

The results of the study showed that Word of Mouth communication has a significant influence on consumer decisions, with a value of R Square reaching 0.23. This means that 23% of consumer decisions can be explained through Word of Mouth Communication. The remaining 77% of the decision was influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study. These findings have important implications for LCE marketing strategies.
