Introduction

This study adopted a descriptive analysis and statistical analysis approach to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon under study. Primary data were collected through specifically designed questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from relevant sources. The population that was the focus of this research was all employees in the Air Revenue Tax Section, where the entire population was used as a sample through the saturated sampling method (census).

Findings and Analysis

The results of this study showed that the work environment and morale had a significant positive influence on the effectiveness of employee work. This means that the better the work environment provided, as well as the higher the morale of employees, the more effective their performance will be in carrying out tasks. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) which reached 0.764 indicate that 76.4% of the variety of work effectiveness can be explained by the variable work environment and work spirit.

However, keep in mind that there are still other factors that are not examined in this study which may also be influential, so recommendations for further research are highly recommended to understand the dynamics of work more comprehensively.
