A sample of 57 respondents was selected using total sampling, as the population is relatively small. Data analysis was carried out using correlation analysis assisted by the SPSS version 20.0 program for Windows.
Results
The results of the analysis showed a positive and significant influence between the organizational communication climate and leadership on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The correlation rate found is at a fairly good level, indicating that there is a positive relationship between these factors.
