That is, there is a strong positive relationship between computerized systems and employee work effectiveness. In addition, the analysis of the determinant coefficient indicates that around 30% of the effectiveness of employee work is influenced by a computerized system. This means that 70% of employee work effectiveness is still influenced by other factors not covered in this study.
