Furthermore, the results showed that stage 2 had the highest intensity of Rantes with a score of +3 (60%), while in stage 3, the majority showed an intensity of +2 (55.6%), and at stage 4, 83.3% showed expression +2.

However, despite the differences in the intensity of Rantes expression between endometriosis tissue and normal endometrium, statistical results showed no significant relationship between the level of intensity of the expression of Rantes and the stage of endometriosis, with a value of P > 0.05.
