The results of the coefficient of determination showed a strong relationship between the three factors and consumer satisfaction, with a R value of 0.756 (75.6%). Furthermore, the R Square value indicates that the location variable, product quality, and service quality contributes 57% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 43% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.

From the analysis above, it can be concluded that the three factors - location, product quality, and service quality - holding important roles in increasing customer satisfaction.
