The study used a non-probability sampling method with incidental sampling techniques. Data was collected using three instruments: the anxiety scale of the assessment center, the Big Five Inventory, and the perception scale of organizational support. The Pearson Product Moment correlation technique was used to analyze the data.

Results and Findings

The results of the study showed that anxiety facing the assessment center has a negative relationship with trait extraversion, openness to experience, and organizational support. Conversely, anxiety shows a positive relationship with neuroticism and conscientiousness. These findings suggest that employees who have trait extraversion tend to be more confident and comfortable in interacting with others, thereby reducing their anxiety. Similarly, those who are open to new experiences are more able to face unexpected situations, including evaluation processes such as the Assessment Center.

Employees who feel supported by their organizations tend to have a higher sense of security, which in turn reduces anxiety in facing challenges.
