Introduction

This study aims to provide a juridical analysis of the perpetrators of the criminal act of intercourse with children through the study of decision number 2717/Pid.Sus/2015/PN.Mdn.

In the analyzed decision, criminal sanctions imposed on the perpetrators refer to the provisions of Article 81 paragraph (2) of the law, which gives a threat of severe punishment to the perpetrators who carry out intercourse with children.
