Introduction

Meanwhile, NAA also consists of four levels: control (N0), 0.05 ml/L (N1), 0.10 ml/L (N2), and 0.15 ml/L (N3), with six replications for each treatment. In each bottle, there is one explant and each treatment produces 96 sample plants.

Observed Parameters

The researchers observed several parameters, such as the percentage of life (%), the number of shoots, the number of roots, the length of the roots, and the increase in the number of leaves. The analysis shows that coconut water has a significant effect on the number of shoots and increase in the number of leaves, but has no significant effect on the percentage of life, the number of roots, and the length of the roots.
