Introduction

Induction motorbikes with cage rotor types are widely used in various industries due to their simple construction and ease of maintenance. The control of induced motor speed is usually done by adjusting the frequency of the motor source voltage, which requires the use of an inverter to convert the DC voltage to AC with a regulated frequency. The calculation shows that the torque needed to move the elevator is around 175.5 nm. The simulation is carried out using a motorcycle 50 hp, 460 volts, 60 Hz, 1780 rpm.

The simulation results show that the control system succeeded in making the elevator move stable and safe.
