A total of 54 zakat managers at Lazismu Medan were selected as research samples and distributed questionnaires to collect data. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between the application of zakat accounting standards, transparency, quality of human resources, and human resources competence on the management of zakat funds.
