However, the socialization and understanding of this rule still needs to be improved, both at the official level, village apparatus, and the community. The lack of awareness and understanding of this policy among the community and village officials is a significant obstacle in the implementation of this program.

2. Resources

Availability of resources, both financial and human resources, is very important to support this program. The limited budget for the development of posyantek and training for posyantek managers and community groups is an obstacle in expanding the range of programs.
