In addition, further analysis through the Chi-Square test shows a significant relationship between age characteristics, graduation year, work experience, and income with the opinions of respondents (p <0.05). However, the characteristics of sex and other work outside the responsible pharmacist do not show a significant relationship (P> 0.05).

Discussion

From these results, we can conclude that pharmacists in Binjai City generally support the application of PMK No.31 of 2016, showing a high level of revenue to changes in regulation. This support can be rooted in hopes of improving pharmaceutical practice standards and protection of their professions. Furthermore, strong support from the responsible pharmacist can be a positive indicator for the implementation of the regulation, as well as being the basis for the development of better health policies in the future.
