The data analysis was carried out using the Spearman Rank correlation formula, and hypothesis testing was conducted to determine the effect of independent variables (responsiveness) on the dependent variable (employee performance).

The results of the analysis showed that there was a correlation coefficient of Rs = 0.811 and the T-count value was 8,535. This figure shows that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of the principle of responsiveness and employee performance. Because the value of t-count is greater than the R-table, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (ha) is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence between employee responsiveness on improving their performance.
