However, so that this system can be optimally used, education and socialization regarding the use of e-filing becomes very important.

This research was conducted at the Medan Polonia Primary Tax Service Office and used data collection methods through interviews and research data. The results showed an increase in the number of taxpayers registered in the last three years. Specifically, the number of taxpayers who report their taxes via e-filing also increased by 30%.
