At a concentration of 10%, the inhibition zone for Salmonella SP increased to 29.60 mm, 30.38 mm, and 31.33 mm, while for E. coli reached 28.23 mm, 29.12 mm, and 30.30 mm.

The results of this study demonstrate the potential of Meniran extract as an antibacterial agent in food films.
