On the other hand, work safety, especially in the context of COVID-19 treatment, becomes very crucial. Provision of adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) in terms of quality and quantity is one of the factors that can improve the safety of nurses. With adequate PPE availability, nurses can feel safer when carrying out their duties, which in turn can have a positive impact on their performance. Research conducted between March 29 to June 18, 2021 at RSUD Dr. RM Djoelham Binjai shows that nurses have sufficient PPE equipment, helping to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19. The availability of PPE is a critical factor in ensuring nurse safety and well-being.
