Dispute resolution among all parties is carried out internally in the bank in a peaceful manner through deliberations without involving third parties or through a litigation process.

The lack of transparency in credit card agreements makes it difficult for card holders to understand their rights and obligations, leaving them vulnerable to exploitation.
