September 2021 recorded the response time according to the highest standard with a percentage of 90.08%. On the other hand, when viewed from the department, dermatovenerology and general practitioners display the response time according to the highest standard with a percentage of 90.91%.

Decision Time Analysis

For the decision time, the green triage also shows the best decision time according to the standard with a percentage of 80.23%. April 2022 recorded the highest decision time with a percentage of 54.85%. In terms of departments, general practitioners again showed the best performance with 90.91% of the decision time according to the standard.
