From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the 2% oligosaccharide chitosan solution significantly increases the penetration of bioceramic sealer into the dentin tubules in one third of the apical tooth. This shows that the use of oligosaccharide chitosan as an alternative irrigation material is not only effective but can also be relied upon to increase the success of endodontic care. Thus, researchers recommend the application of oligosaccharide chitosan solutions in clinical practice to achieve more optimal results in endodontic procedures.
