This research aimed to reveal how the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and motivation affects the interest of entrepreneurship among employees in the Pajus Market Store. A total of 45 employees were selected as samples using the Purposive Sampling method, out of a total of 149 employees. Data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using a descriptive method and multiple linear regression.

The results of this study showed that entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the interest of Pajus Market Store employees, both partially and simultaneously. This means that the higher the entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and motivation possessed by employees, the higher their interest in entrepreneurship. This finding highlights the importance of these factors in encouraging employees to pursue entrepreneurial ventures.
