This study uses a cross-sectional descriptive analytic method with questionnaire data collected from 100 PUS mothers. Data analysis was carried out in a univariate and bivariate with a chi-square test at a significance level of 90%. The results showed that the level of knowledge and attitudes of respondents regarding contraceptives was in a good category.
