This training aims to enrich the insight and knowledge of the village apparatus, so that they are able to manage village funds better.

Discussion

In general, although there are several obstacles, Simonis Village apparatus has a fairly good understanding of the administration of the village level government. They show high morals and work ethics, as well as upholding honesty and openness to the community. Their responsibility in village development shows a strong commitment to create positive changes and improve the welfare of the village community.

However, the capacity of the village government in managing village funds is not yet optimal, and this can be attributed to several factors, including the lack of knowledge and skills among village officials. This situation highlights the need to increase the capacity of village officials through a structured training program. The training program should focus not only on the technical aspects of managing village funds but also on character development and leadership.

Conclusion

In conclusion, although the current capacity of the village government in Simonis Village is not yet optimal, with a directed effort to improve the ability through training, it is hoped that the management of village funds can be done more effectively. This will ultimately contribute to better and more sustainable village development, and improve the welfare of the local community.
