Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economy, particularly in creating jobs and improving the welfare of the community. This business has been in operation since 2009 and produces high-quality bricks from red clay, employing six employees with different tasks.

Research Purpose and Methods

The primary objective of this study is to identify and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in formulating development strategies for twin brick businesses. Additionally, this study aims to analyze and define an alternative business development strategy that is suitable for the twin brick business. The data used in this study consisted of primary data obtained through observation and interviews, as well as secondary data taken from related documents. The data is then analyzed using descriptive methods and qualitative analysis through the SWOT matrix.
