This study is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach, involving 70 clinical regional students as respondents. Data was collected through an online questionnaire consisting of 10 validated questions. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The results showed that the level of knowledge of the USU FKG Clinical Registrar Student Students on the Provision of Local Anesthesia to the Low Jaw tooth extraction was classified as low.

A total of 34 respondents (48.6%) had a level of knowledge lacking, 33 respondents (47.1%) had enough knowledge, and only 3 respondents (4.3%) had good knowledge. This has the potential to pose a risk for patients, especially if an error occurs in the administration of local anesthesia.
