Introduction

For example, for Pakcoy commodities, the average WTP of consumers reaches Rp. 5,003 per ounce, while for lettuce, consumers are willing to pay Rp. 5,267 per ounce. Meanwhile, for mustard commodities, the average WTP of consumers is recorded at Rp. 4,238 per ounce.
