The Deli Serdang Industrial Estate is a large-scale project that will cover an area of approximately 310 hectares. The project involves the development of various industrial facilities, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, and office buildings. However, the transformation of the land use from agricultural to industrial will lead to changes in the hydrological cycle, resulting in increased surface runoff and potential flooding.

The method used in this study is data collection and analysis. Secondary data used include rainfall data, topography, and existing conditions of drainage channels.
