Data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. SWOT analysis is used to examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the office.

Results

The results showed that the strategy implemented by the Karo Regency Agriculture and Plantation Office in overcoming the decline in agricultural production still faced various obstacles. Several main inhibiting factors are:

Lack of human resources both in terms of quality and quantity is the main obstacle.

Lack of enforcement of employee discipline in carrying out the task of hampering program effectiveness.
