The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has been a significant platform for companies to raise capital through various means, including right issue offers. This shows that companies that manipulate production costs and discretionary costs tend to prefer to offer right issues.
Effects of Profit Management and Real Activities on Long-Term Performance: Short-term Discretionary Accrual, Long-term Discretionary Accrual, Company Cash Flow, Abnormal Production Costs, and Abnormal Discretioning Costs Partially affect the company's long-term performance. Simultaneous test results also show that these variables jointly affect the long-term performance of the company that conducts a Right Issue offer.
