The results of this study show that the abundance of tofu shells varies between 0.77 to 2.81 individuals per square meter. This shell has eight class intervals, where the highest number of shells are found in classes in size 18.97 to 23.91 mm with a total of 46 individuals, while the lowest number in the class size 44.68 to 49.62 mm with only 4 individuals. This shell growth pattern is classified as allometric negative, which shows that the growth of shell length is more dominant than weight growth.

Further analysis revealed that water salinity and C-organic content of soil have a very strong relationship and in the same direction of abundance. This means that the higher the water salinity and C-organic content, the higher the abundance of the shells.
