Background of the Study

PT. ABB Libek Project is a company that focuses on asset security for large companies in Indonesia, such as Chevron Pacific Indonesia, Ltd. The company has been operating in Mandau District since 2006, and its CSR program has been implemented to improve the lives of the surrounding community. However, despite the implementation of the CSR program, many residents still have low income, which is a pressing issue that needs to be addressed.

Objectives of the Study

This study has two main objectives: First, to describe the form and concept of CSR applied by PT. ABB Libek Project in Mandau District; Second, to analyze the role of CSR in increasing community income. The data analysis method used in this study includes descriptive analysis and average comparison analysis.
