Introduction

This study aims to analyze the effect of these factors on the performance of medical supporting employees in Medan Hajj Hospital.

Methodology

This study involved a saturated sampling of 43 employees working in the laboratories and pharmacy of Medan Hajj Hospital. The data analysis method used in this study includes descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study will provide insights into the effect of workload, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of medical supporting employees in Medan Hajj Hospital.

The Effect of Workload on Employee Performance

High workload is often an obstacle to employee performance. When employees feel burdened with unbalanced tasks, this can cause stress and reduce work motivation. The results of this study showed that the workload in the laboratory and pharmacy of Medan Hajj Hospital had a negative impact on employee performance.
