The advantage of Amore Natural Rich Cream lies in the use of leuconostoc fermentation as a substitute for paraben, which is the first step in presenting bio-representatives in Indonesia.

Through labor planning, the Study Team analyzes the workforce needs based on the qualifications and the amount needed to operate the business according to plan. This approach ensures that the company has the right people with the right skills to execute the business plan effectively.

Students apply Pestel analysis to map political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and law factors that can affect the business.
