Introduction

The Dairi Regency Health Office has been conducting preliminary research that shows that performance is still unsatisfactory. To overcome this problem, this study aims to improve the performance of the health service through script analysis, which includes six important components: strategies, communication, recognition, innovation, participation, and cooperation team.
