Introduction

The second phase was a full-scale test that used six treatments (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%) also with four replications. Each treatment used ten Mite Sarcoptes Scabiei. The parameters measured in this study included the number of MITE deaths, MITE death rates, and deadly concentrations (LC).

Results

The results showed an increase in the number of deaths of Mite in each treatment. The LC50 value obtained was 13.18%. This finding indicates that Neem Leaf Extract has the potential as an effective natural scabbism to overcome the problem of mites in infestation of goats.
