Introduction

Methodology
This study is included in the causal research category and is a replication of previous research. The population of this study is a banking company registered on the IDX during the period 2010 to 2012. The data used in this study came from the financial statements of each company published through the site www.idx.co . The analysis method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, in which of the 36 companies, 25 of which are used as samples in this study. The variable studied is accounting profit as the X1 variable, the cash flow of operating activities as the X2 variable, and the stock price as the Y variable.
Results
The results showed that partially, accounting profit had a significant influence on bank stock prices. However, the cash flow of operating activities does not have a significant effect on bank stock prices. On the other hand, when analyzed simultaneously, both accounting profit and cash flow from operating activities have a significant influence on the share price of the bank listed on the IDX.
